Terms of Service

1. The service

hilens.ai is a pay-per-credit AI image and video generation platform operated by the hilens.ai team. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Credit packs

• Credits are a prepaid balance, not a currency or financial instrument.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credit costs per generation are published on the pricing page and shown before each Generate click. Costs may change for future generations with 30 days notice; previously published per-run costs are honored for credits already in your balance.

3. Refunds

• Within 7 days of purchase, if no credits in the pack have been spent, you may request a full refund.
• Once any credit has been spent, the pack becomes non-refundable.
• Failed generations (technical errors on our side) are auto-refunded in credits.

4. Content ownership

You own the outputs you generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms (e.g., Sora 2's OpenAI usage rules, Kling's Kuaishou terms). hilens.ai claims no ownership of your prompts or generated outputs and does not use them to train models.

You grant hilens.ai a non-exclusive license to display your outputs in your account's library and (only if you explicitly publish them) on community-visible pages.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, generation throttling, account suspension, or termination without refund.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or infringing — you are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable law before publishing or commercial use. hilens.ai disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hilens.ai's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP. Sections 4–7 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes are first attempted through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they proceed to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by your local consumer law.
