Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors. We report to NCMEC and equivalent national authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes intended to depict a real person in a sexual context without consent.
• Content created to defame, harass, or impersonate an identifiable real person without consent.
• Material that incites violence against people based on protected characteristics, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• Content depicting credible threats of violence, self-harm, or instructions for creating weapons capable of mass harm.
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property when uploaded as reference, or generated outputs used to infringe.

Prohibited use

• Reselling raw API access to hilens.ai or its underlying models. (Consumer-facing apps built on top of generations are allowed.)
• Automated scraping of community content, prompts, or other users' outputs.
• Attempting to bypass credit accounting, model gating, or rate limits.
• Probing the service for security vulnerabilities without prior written permission. Coordinated disclosure: security@hilens.ai.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity, we may: remove the offending output, throttle generation for the account, suspend the account pending review, or terminate the account. Severe violations (e.g., CSAM) are terminated immediately, reported to authorities where required, and no refund is issued.

Reporting

Report violations to abuse@hilens.ai. CSAM and non-consensual intimate imagery are handled with priority and confidentiality.

Disclosure of AI-generated content

When you publish hilens.ai outputs in contexts where the audience may reasonably believe the content is photographic or human-authored, you should disclose that it is AI-generated. This is good practice everywhere and is legally required in some jurisdictions.
